Squid Industries will be directly handling all defect returns and warranty. If you have any questions, please contact Squid Industries and they will troubleshoot any issues or start warranty procedures to fix your device. If the item purchased is outside of the 90 day warranty period or not covered due to physical damage, Squid will be happy to fix the broken device. The charge is a reasonable price and varies with each item.
